This is a non-salary, 100% commission based, independent contractor position.
Centurion Capital Investments, Inc. is looking to add dynamic individuals to its rapidly expanding team of high performing investment sales professionals. Target areas include the South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
- Active California Department of Real Estate License
- Highly Self-Motivated Individual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Team Orientated
- 1+ year(s) of Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- This is a "Work from Home" position. Team collaboration will be available in office or online.

- Become a Product and Area Expert
- Gain Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Skills
- Relentlessly Pursue New Business
- Maintain Detailed Client Records in CRM
- Use Company Experience, Resources, & Technology to Build Industry Relationships
- Negotiate Deal Points within a Transaction
- Provide Clients with Accurate Market Data
